I personally believe in the power of the mind to help overcome almost any obstacle we run into in our lives.

As an experienced Hypnotist andNeuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, I have the tools to help people in many of life's "bumps" in the road.

I believe that I bring a unique perspective combining my understanding of motivation, mind/body dynamics, and communications that enables me to easily and comfortable work with my clients.

We all have obstacles that sometimes prevent us from becoming the person that we truly want to be. Whether they are fears, limiting beliefs, debilitating habits, self esteem, or just lack of motivation, I have 'tools' that can help.

I provide one-on-one sessions in person or via phone. I also provide coaching and group workshops for organizations.
